1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of MinIA, accessible at min-ia.com.

2. Pricing
The service is accessible via paid subscription: • Starter: $5/month (20 generations) or $48/year • Premium: $40/month (150 generations) or $336/year • Ultimate: $80/month (450 generations) or $672/year Prices in USD, tax included. Minia reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
§03
3. Payment and Renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. Users are responsible for canceling before the renewal date.
§04
4. Digital Content
MinIA is a digital content service. By accessing the service and performing your first generation, you expressly acknowledge that service delivery has begun and you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Belgian and EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
§05
5. No Refunds
All subscriptions are due in full. Generation credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. No refund will be issued for unused credits.
§06
6. Generated Content
Users are solely responsible for the use of generated content and for respecting third-party rights.
§07
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". Minia does not guarantee any specific result and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of the service.

8. Termination
Users may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Minia reserves the right to suspend any account without notice for violation of these Terms.

9. Applicable Law
Belgian law applies. Courts of Brussels have jurisdiction.
