1. General Principle
MinIA is a digital content service delivered immediately. Under EU law, using the service (any generation performed) constitutes a waiver of the right of withdrawal.

2. No Refunds After Use
Consumed generation credits are non-refundable. Unused credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No pro-rata refunds will be issued.

3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is given.
